Delivery fees depend on order size, but we work hard to keep costs low. Many families save by bundling items, or reaching our free-delivery minimum. That way, you get more value for your home without surprise charges.
Yes! We know how busy family life can be. That’s why we offer flexible delivery windows, including evenings and weekends. You can choose a time that fits around school pick-ups, naps, and family dinners — and rescheduling is always simple if something changes.
No need to worry. We’ll coordinate a new time that works best for you at no extra cost. You'll also be able to pick up from one of our SoCal locations.
We take special care to pack every order securely. Fragile items get extra protection, and if something doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll replace it right away.
Layaway is simple: you make small payments over time until the item is fully paid, and then it’s yours to take home. Unlike credit or “buy now, pay later,” there’s no interest or hidden finance charges. The main difference? With layaway, you don’t bring the item home until you’ve paid it off but you also won't have lingering debt long after the holidays.
Life happens — we understand. If you can’t finish paying or need to cancel, you'll get a full refund with no cancellation fees unless you cancel within the fulfillment period weeks out from the holidays (as outlined clearly in your agreement). If you miss a payment, you’ll usually have a short grace period to catch up before the item is released.
In California, every layaway must come with a written agreement. It has to spell out the deposit, the total price, the payment schedule, deadlines, and refund rules. This protects you by making sure there are no surprises — you’ll always know exactly what you’re agreeing to.
No hidden fees. You’ll always know in advance, so your payments go toward your purchase, not unexpected extras.
